WEIRDO by Cathi Unsworth has a truly compelling plot (and amazing cover!) that just didn't quite translate into a compelling novel, and I would be hesitant to recommend this book.

I so badly wanted to like this book. This thriller is written with a seriously unique twist: the mystery is told backward. Unfortunately, despite (or perhaps because of) its unique plot structure, the mystery aspect of the story was sorely lacking, and I struggled to finish this one.
